Hi, I’m Dalia Cardenas, the Transaction Coordinator for PSHT! I’ve been proudly supporting our team for six years, ensuring that every transaction is handled with care and precision. My role is to take care of all the paperwork once an offer on a property is accepted, helping everything run smoothly so that everyone arrives at the closing table happy and on time.

I’m also a proud mom of four and wife. My family is my number one priority, and I cherish every moment with my babies. I can’t start my day without my morning coffee! And here’s a fun fact: Anel is actually my sister, and I also get to work alongside our other sister, Karen, who is the Listing Coordinator.
