Hi! I’m Karen Perez, the Listing Coordinator for PSHT. With PSHT bustling with listings and sellers, I’m here to ensure everything on the listing side runs smoothly—from handling paperwork and putting up signs to providing feedback to our sellers and making sure they’re happy with our work. My goal is to help our clients sell their homes successfully.

I’ve been working with Anel for two years, and I’m also proud to say that she and Dalia are my sisters! Family is everything to us, and I’m so grateful to be part of a team where that value is at the core. Outside of work, I’m a mom of four—two boys and two girls who are my world. Being there for my babies is my top priority!
